Return & Exchange Policy

At Flaabo, your satisfaction is our top priority. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it better with our easy 3-day return and exchange policy.

✅ Eligibility for Return or Exchange

You can request a return or exchange if:

• The product is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered.
• You received the wrong size, color, or item.
• You are not satisfied and want to exchange it for another product (available for selected categories).

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Products that are worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
• Items marked as Final Sale, Non-Returnable, or Clearance.
• Accessories (unless damaged or incorrect).

🚚 Return Pickup & Shipping

• We offer free reverse pickup from your address in most serviceable pin codes.
• In some cases, you may be asked to self-ship. If so, we will reimburse the shipping charges (up to a defined limit).

💸 Refunds

• Refunds are processed once the returned item passes quality checks.
• The amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• For COD orders, we will request your bank details for a refund via NEFT.

🔄 Exchange Process

• Once your returned item is received and approved, your exchange will be shipped within 2–3 working days.
• Exchanges are subject to product availability.

ℹ️ Important Notes

• Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.
• Flaabo reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet our quality standards.
