1. Order Cancellation by Customer

Before Shipment:

You may cancel your order any time before it has been shipped.

  • To cancel, simply contact our support team at support@flaabo.com or via WhatsApp/phone (details on our Contact page).
  • A full refund will be processed to your original payment method.

After Shipment:

Once your order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may still initiate a return under our 14-day return policy after receiving the product.


2. Order Cancellation by Flaabo

We reserve the right to cancel your order in rare cases such as:

  • Unavailability of the product.
  • Errors in pricing or product information.
  • Payment issues or failed verification.
  • Suspected fraudulent activity.

In such cases, we will notify you promptly and issue a 100% refund.


3. Refund Timelines

  • Refunds for cancelled orders (before shipment) are processed within 5–7 business days.
  • If paid via credit/debit card, UPI, or wallet, the amount will be credited back to the original payment method.
